It's made up of a 10-seed blend of low-water 100% Kentucky bluegrass seeds tested and certified by TWCA (Turfgrass Water Conservation Alliance). No need to worry with acquiring the bags of seed or the hassle of the seeding process, the sod comes fully grown ready to lay 30% less watering after sod roots are fully established (11-14 months)

We can install your sod after it's delivered curbside. Labor cost ranges from $0.45-0.59/sf (based on location) + cost of sod. Please note, we do not allow for cancellations/refunds as we turn away business once an order is confirmed and scheduled. We reserve the right to reschedule due to inclement weather causing sod not able to be cut at the farm

We deliver screened topsoil fast! Screened down to 1/2" pebble and is a medium-loamy consistency. Perfect for sod and a great base soil for planters, and other plantings. For gardens and planting areas, you will need our black gold garden soil shown below.

Mark's signature black gold garden soil is a special soil blend Mark has put together. It is very popular if you want fantastic soil for garden boxes, gardens and planting areas, or just to spread across your entire landscape to provide a 2-4" layer of fantastic, organic-rich soil.

Crushed Gravel:
Crushed decorative gravel is a fragmented texture and is the perfect rock for Xeriscaping, park strips, hillsides, drainage areas, driveways and RV pads, or to cover parking lots and large vehicular areas. Pair the two colors together along with some boulders and 2-8" cobble rock to create a gorgeous rockscape design. We deliver in 12 cubic yard dumptruck loads curbside.

White Gravel Rock 1-2"

Black Lava Rock 1-2"
Great as a substitute for dark wood mulch that blows away or weathers and needs to be replaced every year. Black lava rock provides a permanent weed barrier and retain soil moisture, giving you the dark black look to make your flowers and shrub colors pop while adding gorgeous curb appeal. Great for planter areas, sideyards, patios, fire pit areas, or as an accent rock.

Squeegee Pea Gravel 1/4":
Great for patios, driveways, fire pit areas, hillsides, play areas. Small rounded pea gravel rock is easier to walk on than the crushed fragmented gravel rock. It kind of makes a "squeegee" sound when you walk on it. Nicely softens any landscape and looks nice too.

Cobble Rock:
Cobble is a rounded, more smooth rock so it differs from crushed rock that is more fragmented. Our cobble rock is an earth tone color and comes unwashed and delivered curbside. It is perfect for Xeriscaping, decorative dry creeks, ponds, hillside drainage, park strips, roadway shoulders, water features, or paired with gravel to create a beautiful unique rockscape design.
