Fall Cleanup

We offer fall cleanup in your yard which includes shrub trimming of dead growth, blowing out flower beds of leaves, cleaning up leaves, hauling away and blowing off all concrete areas.

PRICING:

$0.07/sf of total lot size (minus the house and hardscapes)

Snow Removal

We offer snow removal for residential or commercial in Davis County and Salt Lake City areas. We will snowblow the driveway, walkways, and clear the stairs. Then we apply ice melt to porch and steps. Commercial snow removal also available by plow.

$0.35/sf residential per removal visit ($60 minimum)

$150 commercial per plow push

Junk Removal

We remove junk and haul it off in Davis County, Salt Lake and Utah County areas. We use a truck with trailer for small jobs, or for larger jobs, we will deliver a 20 cubic yard roll-off dumpster onto the driveway and complete the junk removal for your convenience.

PRICING:

$400 per small pickup truck includes loading and haul

$600 per small truck and trailer includes loading and haul

Dirt Removal & Hauling

We offer dirt removal and hauling in Salt Lake City, Davis County, Utah County and surrounding areas. We will bring our loader and load up piles of dirt and haul away. We prefer piles to be out front along the curb or in the driveway. But we also offer excavation if you need the dirt scraped and excavated.

PRICING:

$1,100 - per 12 cubic yard dump truck with loading and haul

*add $300 if dirt has concrete or trash in it

$1.25/sf for excavating dirt (we need min. 8 ft wide access with 2,000sf or more to maneuver equipment around)

Lawn Maintenance

We offer lawn maintenance on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. We service Davis County and northern Salt Lake County. Our lawn service includes mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and haul off. We love providing a well- manicured lawn! Receive a FREE WEEK of lawn service when you sign-up for a 7-month season contract.

PRICING:
Davis County - $45 weekly for .20 acre or less ($90 biweekly)

Salt Lake area - $65 weekly for .20 acre or less ($130 biweekly)

Fertilizing and Aerating

We offer fertilizing and aerating services for your lawn. Aeration helps loosen the soil compaction to deepen roots and increase water and nutrient absorption in your lawn. We recommend aerating in early spring or fall months.

We fertilize the lawn with Ammonium Sulfate 21-0-0 (pure Nitrogen) to help the lawn stay green and lush. A green, thick lawn is the best weed barrier and so wonderful to lay on and enjoy. Receive FREE 1-time fertilization when you sign-up for a 4-application season contract.

Sprinkler Winterizing

We offer sprinkler winterization in the Davis County and Salt Lake areas. We will shut off the stop/waste line, drain the backflow preventer valve, and drain valves.

Salt Lake County - $125

Weed Control Service

Super convenient! Never hassle with weeds again! We offer weed control in your lawn and throughout your yard. We spray your lawn with a weed control solution and also offer a pre-emergent to stop weeds from growing. Weeds throughout your yard are controlled by a weekly weed control service.

PRICING:

Lawn weeds sprayed - $100 per application for .20 acre

Yard weeds sprayed - $100 per application for .20 acre

Combo lawn / yard - $160 per application for .20 acre

Pull weeds in yard - $50/hour ($150 minimum)

Pickup / Drop-off Service

Do you want to buy something on Facebook Marketplace or at a store, but have no way to pick it up or get it to you? Or simply don't want to hassle with renting a truck or trailer? We will go pick it up and deliver it. Make your life easier and super convenient!

Examples:
1. You buy furniture on Facebook Marketplace and need it brought to you. Or multiple things from various locations.

2. You need a fridge picked up and brought to your home and placed in the kitchen and the appliance store is 2 weeks out on delivery. But you want it ASAP!
3. You own a rental and need a new washer and dryer delivered faster than the furniture store can deliver it.

$75 per trip for Davis County areas

$110 for Salt Lake valley areas

$170 for Utah County areas

Rain Gutter Cleaning

Avoid those rain gutters trapping thick layers of leaves and gunk, causing ice build-up in winter and problems draining down the downspouts. We will come and clean them out.

PRICING:

$0.90 per linear foot for 1-level homes ($150 minimum)

$1.39 per linear foot for 2-level homes ($150 minimum)

Home & Airbnb Cleaning Services

We offer home cleaning and Airbnb cleaning service in Salt Lake City and Park City areas. We will clean, vacuum, mop, dust, and wipe down all surfaces, and leave your home looking and smelling wonderful. For Airbnb cleanings, we provide all that plus do the laundry, make the beds, blow off the patio and inside the garage, and place the linens neatly folded so your guests arrive and love their stay.

PRICING:

Basic home cleaning

Dryer Vent Cleaning

We offer dryer vent cleaning in Salt Lake, Davis County and Utah County areas. It's recommended to clean-out your dryer vent twice per year. Lint can clog the vent and cause issues drying clothes and can take much longer to properly dry. We pull the dryer out, remove the vent, insert a special lint brush with extended handle, then blow out the entire vent duct so it is clear of all lint.
